- Aligned by specific requisition and supports the TAA who manages that requisition. Responsible for identifying, attracting, and ensuring candidates apply to the positions they support. 100% external candidate attraction and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, HireScore, Avature, X-ray/Boolean search, appropriate user groups or professional affiliations, etc
- Responsible for assigning newly opened requisitions to appropriate TAAs, interview scheduling, and interview booklet creation.
- Act as a Point of contact for all candidates post offer accept. Specialist needs to contact candidate, share hiring process – what to expect, Select appropriate background check package based on job code, location, etc. Order appropriate drug test based on job code, location, etc. Schedule start date and select appropriate onboarding event in My Learning.
- Update candidate profile in Workday – Ready for Hire. Send day 1 email to candidate, hiring manager and recruiter with instructions on where to report, badging, I-9, Orientation, etc.
- Post Offer Check process is highly manual with multiple variations depending on type of hire, location, contingency requirements, security clearance, safety sensitive, etc
- Manage ERP program to include payments and audit of such payments. Manage all COI activities (clearing candidates) in coordination with Law and Manage invoicing processes for GTA
- These activities will be performed in specific shift timings depends upon geographies i.e. US or any other countries
