About the Role: HR Executive

We’re on the lookout for a talented Human Resources Executive to support our internal Operations teams. The ideal candidate will handle strategic HR concerns, foster engagement, and ensure seamless implementation of HR plans and initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone with high empathy, strong communication skills, and a passion for building a high-energy and trusting workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities

As an HR Executive at IntouchCX, you will:

  1. Employee Engagement
    • Actively engage with associates through structured interactions.
    • Facilitate proactive conversations between employees and their managers or supervisors.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees across all departments.
    • Represent employee concerns to management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  3. HR Initiatives
    • Implement HR initiatives, including Town Halls, Skip Level Meetings, Leadership Connects, and Focus Group Discussions.
    • Own and manage the “Intouch Connected” programs.
  4. Event Coordination
    • Prepare and publish event calendars for all stakeholders.
    • Ensure the completion of planned activities on schedule.
  5. Reporting and Process Improvement
    • Assist in preparing weekly reports for management.
    • Provide inputs to enhance the effectiveness of HR processes and policies.
  6. Building Trust and Energy
    • Foster a positive, high-energy workplace.
    • Build confidence and trust among employees to create a supportive work environment.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Educational Background:
    • MBA in Human Resources or relevant degree.
    • 0–2 years of experience in HRBP roles or equivalent.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Ability to work collaboratively and provide cohesive support to the HRBP function.
    • Strong empathy, responsiveness, and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette.
    • Maturity to handle stakeholders across various levels.
