Key Responsibilities for HR Associate (Talent Acquisition)

As an HR Associate (Talent Acquisition) at Fresh Prints, you will:

• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments and interviews.
• Source candidates through different channels and screen resumes and applications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to provide status updates on recruitment efforts.
• Develop and drive comprehensive search strategies to attract top talent.
• Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by the team.

Experience Required

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow up relentlessly.
• Capable of prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Key Attributes for Success

• Experience in a start-up environment is a significant advantage.
• In-house recruitment experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $700 – $900 per month.
• Night Shift Allowance: $40 per month.
• Health Insurance and Mental Health Benefits.

Location & Timings

• Work from Home: The role offers flexibility and allows you to work from the comfort of your home.
• Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST (Night Shift).
