This position is part of the PepsiCo External Innovation Team. External Innovation works closely with internal stakeholders within Global R&D and provides external partnering capability to accelerate PepsiCo’s innovation agenda, mitigate development risk, and uncover unique new business opportunities.

The External Innovation Data Entry Analyst performs day-to-day leads management and supports the organization’s long-term business goals for emerging technology platforms. The roles and responsibilities include:

  • Collect and manage data for new opportunities from our technology scouts, internal stakeholders and external partner ecosystem.
  • Data input into the Leads Management System (Microsoft Dynamics Customer-Relationship Management Database).
  • Customize and configure the LMS platform, implement LMS workflows, dashboards, and reports to streamline processes and improve data visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D Stakeholders, IT and with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless data exchange, integration and communication.
  • The ability to communicate well and develop positive working relationships with internal partners and colleagues in a team environment is essential.
  • Good experience with various LMS, CRM tools (Salesforce/ HubSpot/ Microsoft Dynamics) data collection and management.

Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:

  • The candidate must be detail-oriented and be able to manage several commitments simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines.
  • The ability to communicate well and develop positive working relationships with internal partners and colleagues in a team environment is essential, as is the ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision.
  • Good experience with various LMS, CRM tools (Salesforce/ HubSpot/ Microsoft Dynamics) data collection and management.
  • Collect and manage data for new opportunities from our technology scouts, internal stakeholders and external partner ecosystem.
  • Data input into the Leads Management System (Microsoft Dynamics Customer-Relationship Management Database).
  • Assist in maintenance, optimization and continuous improvement of our data systems.
  • Manage inquiries and requests for assistance for the Leads Management System in a timely manner. Take responsibility for training and roll-out of this key information management tool to key functional areas in R&D.
  • Ensure that quality assurance standards for data entry are adhered to by database users.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze LMS and other data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to external innovation activities.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the functionality and user experience of LMS and other software systems.
