Available Roles and Responsibilities

1. General Accounting (GA)

  • Experience: 1–8 years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle end-to-end GA (R2R) activities.
    • Manage month-close processes like journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
    • Conduct balance sheet analysis and resolve open items.
    • Collaborate with the retained team during month-close meetings.
    • Functional expertise in ERPs like SAP/S4 Hana preferred.
  • Skills Required:
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.

2. Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Experience: 1–9 years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee AR management, including billing, cash applications, collections, and disputes.
    • Manage O2C activities like order releases and credit reviews.
    • Resolve complex AR issues and lead process improvements.
    • Functional experience in ERPs like SAP/S4 Hana preferred.
  • Skills Required:
    • Expertise in O2C processes.
    • Exceptional communication and MS Office skills.

3. Billing Specialist

  • Experience: 4–10 years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage contracts and client invoicing processes.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations.
    • Lead billing process improvements and innovation projects.
    • Prepare documentation for audits and train new team members.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

4. Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Experience: 1–8 years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle P2P transactional processes and vendor invoice management.
    • Conduct vendor reconciliation and debit balance analysis.
    • Manage month-close activities and prepare dashboards and reports.
    • Functional experience in ERPs like SAP/S4 Hana preferred.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong communication and MS Office proficiency.
    • Expertise in accounts payable processes.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:
    • Minimum 15 years of full-time, regular education (10 + 2 + 3).
    • Non-tech graduates, preferably finance graduates.
  • Shifts:
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
